"Good overall experience. The hotel was renovated, clean, and comfortable. The room did not have air conditioning, but a fan was provided, which helped. The location was excellent and very convenient, and the hotel also had a convenient parking lot, which made the stay easier. I did not have much interaction with the staff, but everything went smoothly. Overall, a good hotel and a pleasant experience."

"Very nice breakfast with lots of choices. Nice, cozy restaurant or sidewalk cafe with excellent food for lunch or dinner. Staff are very helpful with providing tourist maps and their own helpfulness in locating things of interest to tourists. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. A great location close to shops, restaurants, a bank, train station, etc."

"Had an enjoyable stay here. Can't beat the location. Loved the view of the lake and the mountains from the balcony. Modern room. Really comfortable bed. Nice co-working space, bar and restaurant. Liked the concept of using the app....could probably be improved a bit to make it seamless but the host at reception was really helpful. Would definitely stay again."
