There was a disagreement over what "pet friendly" meant and instead of working with us the manager became rude and hostile with a man because he didn’t have his hearing aids in and did not understand what was being said. The manager was so rude that his desk clerk was almost in tears and kept apologizing for the treatment. The traveler was a man who just retired from 21 years in the Army and was traveling to get home to his family across the US. He wears those hearing aids thanks to his tours in Iraq. He deserved at the the respect of being treated decently. HE WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO THE DAY'S INN AND BOTH HE, AND THE PETS, WERE WELCOMED. "
