The room was fantastic. The gentleman at the counter when we checked in whose name starts with a Ugur was unbelievable helpful with our stay, attractions and public transportation. The bed was the best we have had in Switzerland.

Everytging was great except there was no where local to get food. No restaurant, supermarket or fast food. They do have a tiny shop on site but only a handful of items not enough to make a meal.

Location is ideal, staff helpful and friendly. Pool & jacuzzi a little on the cold side - Disappointed that you had to pay for the steam room. Lutry is lovely. The boardwalk is beautiful and the beach is easily accessible and has changing and washroom facilities. There is a buvette with many drink and delicious food options. There is live music by the lake in summer on Thurs & Fri nights.
Great place to get away and rest for a few days and walk by the lake!
