The villa is spread over two floors. Three bedrooms 2 double and 1 twin are on the ground floor, each with direct access to the large covered terrace. There are also 3 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. On the first floor there is a large and cosy living area with comfortable sofas, open fireplace, dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. They open onto the pretty terrace with marvellous views of the hilly landscape. The fourth double bedroom with its own bathroom is also located here.

However, it is the outdoor area that defines Villa Supljini and you will spend most of your holiday hours in the enchanting garden in and around the private pool. A selection of cosy terraces offer multiple opportunities for relaxation and al fresco dining with breathtaking views from every corner. Your morning coffee and evening aperitifs will be best enjoyed on the upper terrace, where the views of the idyllic landscape are particularly magical. And if you're feeling a little more energetic, there are darts and table tennis at your disposal.

Just a few minutes' drive from the villa is the historic town of Boljun with its medieval fortress, charming old town centre and a traditional restaurant serving delicious local specialities. 200 metres from the villa flows the small river Boljuncica, ideal for a refreshing swim in the summer heat. And if you are longing for crystal clear sea, there is a variety of beaches only about 30 minutes drive away, as well as the pearl of the Adriatic Opatija, with lively summer hustle and bustle and first-class restaurants.
