"チェックインは無人式なので有人式に比べて一手間ありますが、それさえ終わってしまえば快適です。お部屋も清潔、水もウォーターサーバーがあってお湯も水もあるのでコーヒー紅茶を飲むのにちょうど良かったです。 羅東に来た時は再度利用したい。"

"唯一的缺點，就是搭電梯極爲不方便，例如上下10樓，只有中間一個電梯可用，而且還受旁邊不停電梯管控，一樓保全也 不理你，ㄧ直叫我們拿房卡，一間只給一張，退房寄放行李，怎麼會有房卡？這客用電梯要改進，氣死人了😡"
