"Everything at this hotel was great. It was very quiet, the room suite was large and clean. The staff was very attentive. We also ate dinner at the hotel restaurant which was wonderful. It seemed like a sleepy place but the restaurant was near full. The shuttle was also very easy too coordinate. "

"From the moment we arrived the staff in the front desk were excellent and took time to help us understand the area and how to book water taxi’s too. Very efficient, professional and nice. Rooms were superb and when booking I mentioned this trip was a double celebration for our friends and ourselves and there was a nice welcome in both rooms and personalised too. "

"It's a little dated. Bedroom was comfortable and a decent size. Gym was really hot, but had the equipment you needed. Breakfast had good GF options."

"Everything was wonderful. The only thing I could say that needed work were the beds were not as comfortable as I thought they probably would at this price point and the pillows were not any good. I must say they maybe should check out the pillows that NCL cruise lines uses. Because they can work from either soft or hard wants and needs.. other than that this place is wonderful. Breakfast is fantastic.. also, this is not a walkable area. They do supply transport to the metro. But there is nothing around this area. It’s an industrial area."

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Should be at the price we paid. Great amenities. Pool area n hot tub gorgeous. One thing I didn’t like was room service food. It was ok we did it twice n twice we barely ate the food. Rooms were impeccable and beautiful views from our balcony terrace. Staff very nice and helpful."
