Super Haus mit allem was man braucht

Dieses Haus ist ideal für mehrere Gäste. In der Küche fehlt praktisch nichts. Toller Garten der auch für unseren Hund geeignet war, weil er ganz umzäunt war. Schöner Aussensitzplatz. Direkt beim Park und ca. 200 Meter vom See entfernt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Die Rüstmesser sind etwas Stumpf und eine grössere Schöpfkelle wären gut. Sonst ist die Küche Top ausgestattet. Trotz des alters des Objekts hat man alles was man braucht. Alles sehr gepflegt. Der Gartensitzplatz und die Nähe zum See und den angrenzenden Promenaden macht es zu einem Schmuckstück.

Die Betreuung der Verwalterin war sehr angenehm und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Liegenschaft trafen wir perfekt sauber an. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist überdurchschnittlich für ein Feriendomizil, was uns sehr gefreut hat, da wir immer selbst gekocht haben. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft und ideal für Ferien mit Hund, da das Grundstück grosszügig und sehr gut eingezäunt ist. Auch Gassi-Wege und natürlich der See sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.Die unschöne Fassade, die defekten Bodenplatten und dergleichen hat uns in unserem Ferienfeeling nicht gestört. Wir empfehlen jedoch den Besitzern, ihre Liegenschaft baulich besser zu unterhalten. Es wäre schade, wenn das Haus aufgrund mangelnden Unterhaltes an Attraktivität verliert.

Abschlussbewertung Ferienwohnung Figino

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub verbracht. Hervorzuheben ist der opimale Anschluss an den See. Der Garten und die große überdachte Terasse (beiden von außen nicht einsehbar) bieten viele Möglichkeiten bei unterschiedlichsten Wetterlagen. Wie wir es von der Schlüsselhalterin Frau K. gewohnt sind, war das Haus in einem Top Zustand und Ihre Betreuung während des Urlaubs war super zuverlässig. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ruim huis ideaal naast het strand

Ideaal direct naast de ligweide om vaak even een duik in het meer te nemen. Genoeg plaatsjes dichtbij of korte hike routes vanuit Figino. Huis was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, v.a. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Schöner volleingezäunter Garten mit sonnigem und schattigem Sitzplatz. Gute ruhige Lage nahe am See. Grosser Park direkt ans Haus grenzend wird am Wochenende lebhaft für Picknicks/Grillfest genutzt. Mit dem Auto sind Einkaufszentrum und Autobahn in keinen 10 min erreichbar.

Wundeschönes Haus für Mensch & Hund

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem bezaubernden Haus welches sehr gepflegt, sauber und super ausgestattet ist. Der grosse Garten war ein Traum, vor allem für unseren Hund :-) Der grosse Park davor und der Seezugang sind ein weiteres Plus (5 Minuten zu Fuss). Innert 30 Minuten ist man in Luino IT und Lugano (mit dem Auto) und gleich in der Nähe gibt es ein grosses Einkaufszenter mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Grosszügiges Haus in Seenähe

Das Haus bot für unsere 5-köpfige Familie inkl. 2 Hunden vorig Platz. Durch die 3 Bäder kam es auch nie zu Engpässen. Die Küche ist modern und grosszügig ausgestattet. Der eingezäunte Garten mit Liegestühlen und gedecktem Sitzplatz lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Nähe zum See motiviert zum spontanen Bade. Die Übergabe klappte reibungslos. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Ferienhaus Riva ist sehr schön gelegen in grundsätzlich sehr ruhiger Lage. An einem Weekend war es wegen eines Festes in der Nähe sehr laut. Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig eingerichtet (Haushaltgeräte wie in einem Wohnhaus). Der eingezäunte Garten ist ziemlich gross und kinderfreundlich. Von Figino aus kann man problemlos schöne Ausflüge machen. Auto ist sinnvoll. Der See ist sehr nahe.

Die Matratzen (Bico) sind schmutzig und durchgeritten, der Esstisch völlig verkratzt. Die Elektrik bräuchte ebenfalls etwas Zuwendung: kein Licht im Wohnzimmer. Von den Bädern möchten wir nicht reden: Verstopftes Lavabo, antike Armaturen. Schade, dieses Juwel verkommen zu lassen.
