"The check-in was very efficient. Alain and all the front desk staff were helpful and welcoming. We stayed as a family (two adults and two teens) and the room was just the right size. The bed and pullout couch for our teens were comfortable. A special acknowledgment for Elisa, one of the cleaning staff, who helped us find a way to San Remo when the trains weren’t working well. 😎 The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach, to the old city with restaurants and shopping. "The room was quite big! It was very clean with nice amenities and high quality products (soaps, coffee machine, etc.). The street is bustling and has many nice restaurants, and there is also a tram station nearby. The beach is also nearby. The front desk associates were very helpful and willing to book tour packages and recommend things to do. Elevator was malfunctioning for some time and we had to haul luggage up the stairs, but it was okay."
