"We loved everything about this hotel. Convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff, great buffet breakfast and was in a great location. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Lucca."

"This property is exceptionally well-located within Lucca’s walled city and has the advantage of having parking (extra fee, must be reserved). Everything within the walled city was walkable from the hotel. And the breakfast was lovely."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Diana! The location was perfect and so convenient for exploring beautiful Lucca. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with such an incredible variety of fresh and tasty choices. And the staff were wonderful—so warm, sweet, and accommodating. They truly made us feel welcome and made our stay even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. We will definitely be back to Hotel Diana! ❤️"

"We had an amazing stay! Everyone, especially Mario was so kind and helpful. The location was great, breakfast was delicious and the room had everything we could have asked for. Thank you so much to the entire team. We will definitely be back!!!!"

"Beautiful converted hotel constructed in the 1700’s. Modern amenities. Like an elevator. Room had spa batch and separate shower. Breakfast had sweets and fresh fruits along with cheeses and assorted meats. No eggs. Room was comfortable. Most important is its location in the middle of Centro storico. Parking was a few steps away. "

"Nice location, beautiful area. Enjoyed our stay"

"This was a GREAT stay! Perfect location ... right in the Roman theater arena, yet our room was not on the inside of the walls, so it was nice and quiet at night. Accommodations were wonderful, clean and comfortable; location was perfect. We were at the arena, close to the Roman wall around the city, and very close and walkable to several food, shopping, and historical sights. Definitely recommend this location!"

"Our stay in Lucca at the Residenza FillAnfi exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival we were greeted by the host, Valentina who provided a great overview of the city and personally escorted us to our rooms. Her warmth and exuberance put us in a great frame of mind to begin our stay. We were in the Il Duomo room, which had ample space for all of our things and still leave plenty of room to walk around. The bathroom area was also large - the entire room was just very comfortable. There is a...

"Great location, nice & helpful staff ."

"Perfect boutique hotel at the center of Lucca! Very clean with many nice touches. Host Debora was amazing! I felt right at home the minute she welcomed me at her property. Great location, very convenient. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Lucca!"

"It’s a unique place. The inside has a lot of heritage and if you like old buildings, you would love it. I do! Most staffs were helpful and nice, except one, who unfortunately is also the owner. After we booked the property, a few weeks before the stay I messaged the host requesting a crib for our baby and a cab from airport. There was absolutely no response until the day before traveling asking for our arrival time. Still we had no response to our original request. The person who asked for the...

"Stairs to rooms on first floor, no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up and down. Lovely room with a view of plaza. Very comfortable and secure electronic locks. Safe was locked and unusable . Great location in heart of Lucca. Very clean and comfortable"

"La Boheme is a charming B&B in the heart of Lucca’s old city convenient to restaurants, shops, and sites. Our room was clean and quiet, despite being situated above an bustling narrow street. The host Chiara was friendly and helpful and gave us great dining and concert recommendations. We would definitely stay at her establishment upon returning to this delightful city."

"Helpful staff, clean room, great location in the historic town inside the wall but also walkable to the train station. Good value for money."

"Room was nice and parking very convenient and safe. Breakfast was good."
