Was für eine schöne, sehr durchdacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtete und super ausgestattete Fereinwohnung in allerbester Lage! Es fehlte uns an nichts, außer an noch mehr Zeit, um länger als eine Woche dortzubleiben. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Lage ist einmalig. Mit Blick auf die Nordsee - direkt am Strand. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist einigermaßen sauber aber die Möbel sind sehr abgewohnt. Wir würden trotzdem wieder kommen.

Schöne und sehr gemütliche Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Das Bad könnte etwas liebevoller gestaltet werden. Neuer Duschvorhang, mehr Haken für Handtücher und neuer Duschvorleger. Sonst gab´s aber nichts zu kritisieren. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Super Lage .das wars auch, Möbel alt u. verbraucht Küche Türen hängen .Balkon Stühle kaputt.usw ....Mann solte mal alles rausschmeissen und erneuern .wenn man weiter vermieten möchte .

Urlaub lubmin blaumuschel

I'm ganzen eine schöne Unterkunft mit herrlichem Ausblick. Es müssten allerdings das komplette Bettzeug erneuert werden. (matratzen, Kopfkissen, zudecken sowie Schoner). Dank der Einsatzbereitschaft der putzfee konnten wir in sauberen Betten schlafen. Danke!

Charmant unkompliziert

Da die Ferienwohnungen der Anlage verschiedenen Eigentümern gehören, war zumindest in unserer Wohnung erkennbar, dass sie einmal mit Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Problem war nur, dass WLAN zwar laut Katalog im Preis inbegriffen war, die Wohnung laut Hausmeister aber gar keinen WLAN-Zugang hat. Freundlicherweise ließ uns dann der Nachbar in sein WLAN-Netz.

Die Umgebung hervorragend, alles am Ort, die Menschen sehr gastfreundlich und mit Kindern super

Ferienwohnung in Ordnung, die Hausnummer chaotisch, Sie stimmen mit der Buchung nicht überein, der Vermieter super !!! Sonst alles super , wir hoffen , dass wir noch einmal die Möglichkeiten haben in Lubmin Urlaub zu machen. Sehr erholsam, besonders mit Kindern

Fenster könnten wieder mal geputzt werden.Schliesslich wird von jedem Nutzer auch eine Endreinigung bezahlt,die jeder selbst erledigt. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Lage.Gibt nichts weiter zu bemängeln.

Wir waren ja nicht das erste M...

Wir waren ja nicht das erste Mal in der Blaumuschel bzw. Wohnung 108. Leider hat sich an der Qualität und Ausstattung vor ca. 8 Jahren bis heute nichts geändert. Es wird Zeit etwas mit der Zeit bzw. Ausstattung zu ändern. So fanden wir immer nur 2 passende Gläser im Schrank. Geschirr war zum Teil angeschlagen. Möbel waren auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war , bis auf das Bad, die Sauberkeit auch auf der Strecke geblieben. Fenster verschmiert. Spinnweben. Eigentlich wollte ich nicht auch hier sauber machen. Aber wer will schon schmierige Glaser. Der Ausgleich ist immer wieder der Ausblick von dem Balkon sowie Schlafzimmer. Sonne von 11Uhr bis zum traumhaften Sonnenunter. Auch hat die Wohnung eine super Aufteilung und die Strandnähe ist unschlagbar. Wenn sie das Alles in Kauf nehmen und die 2. Etage nicht scheuen, dann nichts wie hin. Reisetipps: Da ist die alte Hansestadt Greifwald mit Hafen und Stadtzentrum. Usedom und Rügen sind auch nicht weit. Wieck mit seinem kleinen Hafen mit der Klappbrücke ist sehenswert. Auch die Reste des alten Klosters haben seinen Reiz. Wenn sie im Frühjahr od. Herbst diese Region besuchen, wird sie eine beruhigende Stille empfangen. Der Stand ist endlos und das Wasser sehr lange flach. So ist es auch für Kleinkinder ideal.
