"Every single staff member we encountered in this hotel from the front desk, to restaurant, to staff passing by in the halls, were extremely friendly and accommodating. As many of said, the hotel is dated, but we found it to be very clean. Breakfast was a good buffet with an excellent egg/omelette bar. Even though it was dated, I would stay there again. "

"This place is under renovation but they are not doing the rooms. Very old, nasty, dirty rooms, no tv remote, tv is old and fuzzy, the kind of place you want to leave your shoes on all the time and not sit anything down. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is staff was great and shower, while nasty, had good pressure and hot water but is perfect size for someone 5' tall."

"Other. The shower head flew off during shower - very dangerous. Then my fiancé was showering and the water was coming out like a jet spray. He fell in the shower and landed on the toilet. We had to go to the ER most of the night. This was reported to the front desk and a manager has not contacted us on a refund."

"The room was filthy. Bathroom was super dirty. Lamp and TV didn’t work and telephone was not connected so I couldn’t call the front desk. When I went to the front desk and complain she said I should have said something sooner. I told her we had arrived at 1030pm after driving for hours and I went straight to bed. I told her the room should not be dirty in the first place and checked out. She continued to yell at me across the lobby as I was walking out. Very poor customer service and filthy room."
