"The home looks almost brand new and my most important feature CLEAN!! We had a small hiccup with getting the door open to relax but the host promptly took care of it. We were attending a wedding with several events. This was a wonderful place for us to stay. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Lubbock"

"The layout of the property is extremely nice. The rooms are also great, especially the bathrooms. The shower is very high pressure and amazing. They have cornhole and some fire pits, which is far better than a typical hotel lobby. Restaurant is okay. Long wait for a table on Fridays. Pizza uses sun dried tomatoes instead of fresh tomatoes. Pasta was undercooked... not al dente. I feel like they were rushed on a very busy Friday. Fridays had live music, too, but I can't say it was my favorite. However, I think the pool should stay open if live music is still playing. They close the pool promptly at 9pm. There are a LOT of kids around. 12 year olds and toddlers were everywhere, so probably not ideal for older couples of people wanting to relax. Parking lot was full on a Friday night... Even for guests. They have a free valet, but if you don't want to do that then you might have to park at a nearby property. TV seemed okay, but riddled with pay-per-view ads. The worst part is maintenance. The door looks are horrible. They either don't work at all or very difficult to open. They had to switch our rooms and they both sucked. Inside the room, the power outlets were worn and couldn't hold my power block. Overall, I think it's a very cool place. They just need to increase quality of some of the important things. I think they tried to cheap out and they are paying for it now."
