"Got rained out of my camping spot in nearby Mesa Verde by a major thunderstorm and found this hotel on short notice. Inexpensive but the room was clean and the property felt safe. Very close to local dining and drinking options as well."

"Dan and Norma are very welcome to their place. Norma has thought of everything you may need or forgotten upon arrival. Its a beautiful place and Highly recommend your stay if you are coming in the area. My Wife and I got married while on our visit to Telluride which is just over and hour away. We also visited 4 corners. Property was close to lots of other distinctions and also away from crowds to just enjoy time away from the rush."

"The newer owners have been working on the property. The owner/ manager went out of her way to accommodate us, offering our choice between two rooms to better suit our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. If your looking for fancy, this may not be the place, but for a comfy, quiet stay, come on in."

"Everything was as expected; my only comment is - believe it or not: the soap! The soap dispenser on the MB bathroom sink did not work; the soap bottle in the shower was not very inviting to say the least. It had been in use for a long time, there was not much left in it and I could not bring myself to use it ..."
