I always stay at this hotel when I’m going to the nearby Lobero Theater to go see a concert. It’s about a 10 minute walk. Avania Inn of Santa Barbara
General manger was very responsive to all questions and issues. Regular employees were ok, but not as good as property manager. They no longer do full Continental breakfast, just croissants, yogurt and fruit, so that was a bit disappointing.

Montecito Beach House w/Hot Tub & Cold Plunge - Walk to Beach and Restaraunts
What an amazing property in a truly incredible location! Exceeded our expectations in every way, and is even better than the photos suggest. It was the perfect place for our 3-generations to spend 5 days, and we are already looking forward to hopefully returning sometime in the future.

Casa Riviera
It was very clean, easy to communicate with the host, parking was great. The room had everything you could need. Very well stocked. Great location. Loved it. Couldn't have been happier.
