The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is always friendly, efficient and accommodating, and it's conveniently located for flights. The breakfast is second to none in terms of variety, and it is fresh and well prepared. This visit was just as good as previous stays in 2024 and I plan to return again when passing through Heathrow."
