"Noce clean room , easy checkin"

"Very good place! Large and clean. Some noise from the street but all in all very good!"

"The hotel offers very nice small rooms, good value for the price and easy check-in/check-out. Everything was clean and modern style. However, the location is in one of the worst areas of the city why we would not return. "

"I only have positive things to say about the room itself: spacious, clean, fresh sheets, comfortable beds, and a kitchenette with the basics you might need. The bathroom is large as well. The train station is just 100 meters away — you can feel some vibrations and hear it a bit, but it’s not very disturbing. What happened to me was that I booked through Hotels.com and paid with Klarna. When I checked in at the hotel, the exact same amount was charged again, plus the tourist tax. At check-out, I...

"Amazing stay! Clean, spacious rooms, comfy beds, and great amenities. Perfect location near attractions yet peaceful. Highly recommend for any traveler!"

" Ein Nachtlicht wäre gut. In der Küche fehlte leider das Besteck "

"Apartament is very nice and comfortable. Definitely recommend and will save this place for a further night. "

"Perfect place to stay, so nice. If it hadn’t been for the crazy early checkout this would have been 10/10."

"Outstanding lack of empathy over €100 — Birkenhof proved where their priorities lie. ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) If you are looking for a hotel with a basic level of human decency, look elsewhere. I had to request a cancellation due to a legitimate medical emergency. This was a trip I was deeply looking forward to, and I fully intended to reschedule, visit the island, and stay at this property once recovered — potentially becoming a repeat guest for years to come. Instead, Birkenhof decided that clinging...

"I had to wait for more than half an hour standing in front of the door to receive the door code which supposed to be sent one day before check in. Communication with the company was really bad. I found only one toilet paper roll and the other on was empty. And no one came to clean the room the whole week."

"War ok"

"The property was well located in the old town and had restaurants and shops within a very short walk for a nice traditional German meal or a number of other cuisines as well. The apartment was very clean and exactly what we needed in a nice sized bedroom with a comfortable bed, a kitchenette with all you would need stocked in it including coffee, tea and sugar. There is a full sized fridge, cutlery, coffee cups, pots and pans, a bathroom with nice sized shower in it (which provided a nice...

"We had a wonderful stay! A great location! Plenty of room for a family. "

"Amazing property amazing location"
