"I was already in my room and staff gave keys to another person who then tried to access my room while I was in there. I went down to figure out what was going on and after that went back up and my key didn’t work so I had to go back down. The next day after working 14 hours I went up to the room and my key didn’t work again so I had to go back down to lobby to reactivate again…"

"Really enjoyed our stay at South Thompson, we stayed on the way to Vancouver and the way back! We loved the balcony rooms and had a view from both sides (the second stay was a river view which we preferred). The rooms are nicely sized, our second room had a large bathroom area as well, I can't quite remember what we upgraded to but it was really nice. The hotel itself isn't modern looking and that adds to its style. The rooms were nice and wow the beds were incredibly comfortable! The hotel...
