"The staff of the hotel were excellent. Jay at the front desk was especially helpful. The only small issue was the size of the room, I will book a larger room the next time but highly recommend the hotel. If you are renting a vehicle and are driving I recommend to call the hotel before arriving so that you can get the correct spot to park instead of going around in circles like I did."

"Take light luggage to avoid carrying heavy bags upstairs. Book dinner when staying overnight as there are only a few restaurants open at night and a view .the shuttle bus drops you short if 600m from the island. You can’t drive your car on there. There is parking at an allocated hotel near shuttle bus."

"The hotel is well maintained and the staff is very professional. The property is conveniently located, and is close to the free shuttle bus stop to Mont St. Michel and the #2 bus stop which takes you back to the train station. Overall it’s a 10/10!"

"I had a warm welcome and the gentleman at reception put my medication in a fridge for me. The lift was handy with bags, the corridors were very dark with light on timers. The double room was confortable big enough as I was by myself. I would have loved a complimentary bottle of water., because I’d walked from the station."
