"We stayed here in March and was a great value given every hotel in the area was outrageously expensive. The room fit my family of 3 very comfortably, with 2 beds, a fridge and even a small kitchen. My only complaint was the bathroom, tiny tiny shower. Loved the pool area although was frozen cold. Wish the tiki bar has been a functioning one for a quick snack or drink but there are lots of dining options around. Check in was easy and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"Paid for 4nites an left after 3 . Wanted refund for last night. Talked to rainbow office,she got chippy and said go thru Hotels.com . I did and Hotels.com said refund request was denied because unable to contact rainbow "

"The view was very nice of the beach however the room itself was outdated and needs updates. The coach was ripped with stuffing coming out, the shower had an old faucet and the water would only stay hot for a short period and then it would change to lukewarm. The mattress was very squeaky and uncomfortable. Overall it was clean but needs updates. "
