"Although the property was convienent for my travel, the overall property cleanliness was lacking and the check-in agent was working on other things while I was standing at the counter for check-in. Also, the breakfast area was terrible and the selection looked like it was attacked by a large group and this was at 7am!"

"Arriving to the hotel caught me off guard. The outside pictures of the hotel was not the same as advertised on hotels.com. I'm assuming its going through renovations which would also explain the name difference too. Sigh the linen needs to be changed. I had my son ask for new dry towels because we had some with hair attached. The first room we walked into was not cleaned and it made me feel like damn is this a hole in the way hotel and I was ready to check out but everywhere else was booked out. The staff were helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating. I do feel the rooms could really use some cleaning and they could use new linens overall. My stay not bad at all. PS pool was closed."

"Need an indoor pool and the carpet in the hallways need cleaning from customers wasting and dripping trails of liquid that stained the carpet. In the corners of the bathrooms floors needs to be throughly cleaned better."
