"I read the reviews and saw the management is relatively new. Being formerly employed in the hotel industry, I know how difficult it is to rehabilitate a property and the reputation. These guys are doing a fantastic job and well on their way to a successful and profitable location. Any time I had a question or request, it was met with polite and eager assistance. They are very accommodating."

"This rental was nice and cozy. The owners seemed to have gone that extra mile to make the cabin homey and pleasant for guests. Little touches like candles throughout, hummingbird feeder directly in front of kitchen windows and near rocking chairs, several soft throws etc. Very pleasant stay.Thanks so much!"

"Exceptional hospitality and historic charm in Bath County, VA ! We had such a fantastic stay at The Inn at Warm Springs. The historic charm of the property and its perfect location right across from the springs make it a wonderful getaway, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality. The entire staff was professional and welcoming, but a special shout-out must go to Elizabeth and Terry. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, providing top-notch service with a genuine, caring attitude. Between the cozy accommodations, the delicious breakfast, and the amazing team, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back!"

"From the time we arrived the staff were very accommodating and happy to assist. The standard king bedroom was better than expected, so no need to upgrade. Each night we tried a different restaurant and the food was incredible. The day spa pass was worth it! Thanks to all the staff who made our anniversary extra special. We will definitely return."
