"This place was wonderful! The host is quick to respond to any questions. Cleanliness excellent. The kitchen has anything and everything you could possibly need. We would highly recommend It. Also is a convenient location to the beaches and downtown Cape Coral. We lived in Fort Myers and Cape Coral before hurricane Ian so we were familiar with the area. It’s also located in a very nice neighborhood. Thankyou for a great stay🍊☀️"

10/10 Excellent

"I loved the pink shell! Amazing amenities, beach and pool. Kayaks were great, also hot tub and pool for adults only! You can also rent bikes for free and the valet boys are very helpful! Everyone at the reception were so nice, and then you need to meet ranger Rob and do a kayaking excursion with him, he is amazing! Breakfast is included and so good!!! Real quality food and tons of options, and very nice Omelette station with Freddie who makes amazing omelette. Hope we can be back one day!! Thank you Pink Shell! We loved our stay,"

"Room was nice and clean. However, the water temperature in the bathroom was inconsistent. Sometimes barely hot or hot. Ice is on the third floor vs every floor. I didn’t like that. Everything else about the stay was great! Bar …. Great ! Atmosphere…. Great! Food….. Good! Staff…..Great! I went Mother’s Day weekend. They should consider doing special things on holidays such as free mimosas for mothers on Sunday. Or a single free rose for mothers on Sunday. Just something!"

"We enjoyed our time at the resort. Everything was great except very noisy when trying to sleep. We could hear the guests next to our room snoring and the people above us were terribly loud. Foot stomping back and forth yelling TV loud and more foot stomping back and forth. We're both exhausted from very little to no sleep "

"This was the worst hotel experience I've ever encountered in my 63 years on earth. The desk clerk actually stopped checking us in to help a lady she knew instead, then said I needed patience. I told her "sorry, but I didn't have much left". She then said if I didn't then I'd have to leave. I'd already paid. At this point I said "look, just check us in and be done" to which she replied "get out of my hotel". I asked for a refund and she said "you're going to have a long wait". I asked her name, manager's name, contact info...she refused all. I told her I'd need something showing there's a refund. She refused. I asked her to call the manager, again refused. Then I told her to call the cops, I needed something official to show that I just didn't do a no-show. Finally contacted the manager the next day as well as corporate. The manager said he'd get back to me that day and corporate said 24-48 hours. That was 3 days ago.....crickets. Unfortunately this will be my last stay at IHG for me and my company. I can't subject anyone else to the potential of this happening again."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. However could use updating and a renovation as the rooms furnishing was older and not in the best condition, carpet in the hallways are worn and stained. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Overall it’s ok for a few day stay we had for a family member’s funeral, but I would use it for a vacation. "
