My boyfriend and I stayed at Leizel's property over the New Year weekend and couldn't have been happier! Her place was tidy, cozy, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days out of the city. Leizel was quick to communicate and so helpful with making sure we had the perfect stay. The house is conveniently located a few minute drive away from fun breweries and restaurants in Loveland, as well as a short drive to Fort Collins which gave us plenty to do! Would highly recommend staying here, and thanks Leizel for giving us such a great weekend away!
What a treat it was to be the first to stay in this spacious, clean and cozy downstairs guest area of an elegant home! Situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to open fields against a backdrop of distant mountains, this home provides for the perfect peaceful get-away!
Thoughtful attention has been given to every detail, with unique personal touches that make all the difference for an exceptionally comfortable stay!
The hosts, Leizel and Dennis are ever so gracious and welcoming, and make their guests feel like family!
I would recommend this Vrbo to anyone looking for a unique peaceful vacation destination! Definitely worth a visit!
Thank you Leizel and Dennis for making my stay so special!

We absolutely loved our stay here!!
The host family is fabulous. So very kind and friendly but gave us all the space we needed. They were also helpful with the area and we had 2 great hikes where they recommended. They always responded in a timely manner and were available if we needed anything.
We enjoyed the game room and made good use of the kitchenette to keep costs down. Huge big screen!! Beautiful back deck, great fire pit and lovely walking neighborhood.
The open front door policy made coming and going easy. Basement access is just a couple steps from front door so we never felt like we were intruding on their personal space.
We loved the family/home atmosphere. We had plenty of privacy. At times we could hear the gentle happenings of the family above and it was no problem....hotels are way noisier!!! And they are not cozy and welcoming like these accommodations.
We feel like we have made some precious memories and new friends and look forward to future stays here.
Thank you Dennis, Leizel and Ellen!! Miss you already! May the Lord continue to bless all who enter your home with the same peace and refreshment that we experienced there.
It was sort of like coming home for me to stay in Loveland with the Grants.
They have the downstairs nicely kitted out to be independent of the upstairs. We use a common entrance from the street, but once downstairs, all is very private. Mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave are all there. Private bathroom, fireplace and air hockey table. Leizel is keeping the apartment well stocked with brochures of many nice places to visit in Loveland: restaurants, parks and more.
Without feeling like I was intruding, we enjoyed a beer on the deck overlooking the green belt. Great people.
If your travels include Loveland, I’m sure, like me, you’ll enjoy your stay with the Grants.
My girlfriend and I are traveling across the U.S. from Florida to California. We've been camping most of the way, but when we stopped in Loveland, decided to get a room for a night. I wish we could have stayed longer! This place was great! We had the whole basement apartment to ourselves for privacy, but ended up hanging out quite a bit with hosts Dennis and Leila. Dennis's garage is the envy of any red-blooded American man. We all hung out in there with the doors up having beers and talking about the various projects he is working on. Restoring old motorcycles, working on their '85 FJ60 and bulding up an unstoppable off road camper from an old military trailer and utility boxes off an old pick up truck. Very cool! Made me wish we had a rig like that for our trip! There's plenty to do in Loveland also. We took a hike in the morning at Devil's Backbone, which is very close by. Had a few beers and lunch at Big Beaver Brewing, right down the road. Then headed off for Grand Junction around 2pm. I highly recommend this great rental if you're ever in Loveland, CO! – Chris and Kristi
The suite was very comfortable and bright, plenty of space for our family of 3. Close to everything we needed, hiking trails, downtown Loveland and not far from downtown Fort Collins. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay! Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again!
A+ hosts who are extremely friendly and helpful. Elegant spacious and cozy accommodations. The air hockey and darts are fun. You’ll feel right at home:)
This is a great place to kick back-super comfy. Lots of things to play also. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Great location between downtown Loveland and the area adjacent to the Mountains. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful
