In the first part are the well-appointed open kitchen and the large living room of 80m2 on the ground floor as well as a toilet.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with a shower room. A bedroom with 3 single beds and another with a double bed which share a shower room and toilets.
In the other part of the building are 5 bedrooms, each with a toilet and shower room. One of the 5 bedrooms is on the ground floor, it is classified as a room for reduced mobility with an American shower.
The 4 other very spacious bedrooms are on the first floor, each has a toilet and shower room. Heated swimming pool fenced 36 m2 therefore secured by a fence, Exceptionally open beyond September 30, 2024 if the weather is favorable. Private parking that can accommodate 5 vehicles.
The courtyard allows the little ones to play, the older ones play badminton (rackets on site), pétanque balls available, table tennis with rackets.
