"We were only able to stay one night, but our night at the Vallombrosa vineyard was very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and kind and were gracious to bring me some emergency supplies. Although the property lies in a beautiful setting, it’s important to note that it takes at least 30 minutes to get to Lugano and the lake by car. "A very good place to stay for a few days in Lugano, right in front of the beautiful lake and in the best area of the city for exploring on foot. The staff were extremely kind, and the room was very comfortable, except for the bathtub, whose base is curved rather than flat, making it somewhat unsafe in terms of maintaining balance."
