"The Posada is a boutique hotel in a beautifully maintained ancient mansion. Access by car is a little tricky, but the Posada has a private, free parking lot nearby. They gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and information about visiting the Museum of Altamira. It offers a good breakfast and has a highly regarded bar. If we wer Mar, i would stay at the Posada again. e to return to Santillana del"

"The most amazing small adult hotel very serene, lovely staff impeccably decorated and amazing breakfast at 18 euros a head . Parking outside the hotel was free but limited but safe underground parking was 15 e a day . Can’t wait to go back highly recommended!"

"We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and the spa area. We were just stopping overnight. It's an odd setup - a hotel attached to a gym/spa but we appreciated the amenities. Also convenient was a Carrefour store across the road. Not the most scenic spot but great for an overnight stop on a road trip. And close to the cuevas with the historic cave art and the medieval village that we enjoyed after we left the hotel. Staff were all very nice and the breakfast was great."

"Everything was perfect! The suite we had was spacious, the bed for the adults and the extra bed for the kid were comfortable, the shows had great water pressure. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious. The outdoor pool was phenomenal. We did not use the spa services because they were not open for children."
