"La foto que se muestra de la casa es falsa. Me dieron un apartamento con una habitación, cuatro literas y un baño. Si esto me hubiera quedado claro, habría estado bien; miren la foto que me mostraron, es la de una casa, no la de un apartamento. Estoy muy descontento con la presentación. Me engañaron. Me mostraron una cosa y me dieron otra. No tuve más remedio que aceptar, ya que llevaba dos días de vacaciones y no tenía tiempo para cambiar nada."

"The house was wonderful and the yard was amazing. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The backyard was huge and absolutely beautiful.Jorge the caretaker was wonderful and very helpful.The only problem we had was the location. On the VRBO site it said it was a 5 minute walk to town and the lake, it was not. "Muy mala experiencia, teniendo confirmacion y reserva por mail de hotels.com , al llegar a pucon, llame para informar que llegaria mas tarde de lo informado y me dicen del hotel que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajan con hotels.com. llame para que me solucionaran el problema, hable mas de 10 veces y aprox 4 horas con hotels.com y no tuve solucion. Quede con mi familia en pucon abandonado sin posibilidad de ir a otro hotel o cabaña ya que estaba todo full. Tuvimos que dormir la prinera...

"I fully recommend this property, without hesitation! The home and the property are extremely well maintained and welcoming. Our extended family of 7 (teens and adults) loved our week in Pucon. The owner, Clare, was very helpful as we planned our vacation by giving us several excellent recommendations for restaurants, places to visit etc. You can walk to town for restaurants and shopping. The photos of the chalet on VRBO do not do the property justice! I recommend renting a car so that you can...
