"I lost my passport in the taxi between the airport and the hotel, the staff just got me checked in and then contacted the taxi company and the driver drove back with my passport. I booked the driver for the run to the airport the next day and paid him the fare for bringing back my passport. If it wasnt for the hotel staff my holiday would have been over then and there"

"Well located in Utrera with easy links via train to Seville. Staff welcoming and accomodating. Room was very pleasant and had good facilities, we enjoyed our stay here."

"We loved this place and thought it was so nice! It had a fridge with a pitcher of cold water. It had a microwave. It had a washer. It was roomy and cute! Here are the reasons we gave it a 4 star. : #1 It is a shared apartment. The bedroom has no mirrors which made it hard to share the bathroom and the only trash can is in the bathroom, which was tiny. #2 The smell. If you have a sensitive sniffer, don’t stay here. There was a strong stink of sewage in the bathroom before we went to bed. We thought it was coming from the toilet, so we closed the bathroom door to keep the smell out. Around 2am, we realized the smell was coming directly from the AC unit in the bedroom! We could not sleep. There was no escaping the smell. We want to leave this property a 5 star review because the communication was great, it was clean, we felt safe, the costumer service was fantastic, but the stench was really bad. 😬"
