Avoid at all cost

Hotel is very run down, old and dirty in a bad area. While retaurants are close by the traffic pattern makes it difficult to walk anywhere. The room was dark and very dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was all carbs The shining star was the general manager, who was kind and very helpful. Wyndham should be ashamed to incude this hotel in their portfolio. Do not stay at this hotel.

The only thing that my family and i enjoyed here was probably the cleaning maids. They were nice and attentive, unlike the rest of this place's employees. All the rooms and especially the main lobby smelled musty. They need to deep-clean and sanitize everything! Our toilet pressure was absolutely horrible. I shouldnt have to HOLD DOWN the lever 3 times just to flush urine. The WORST part about our stay was the room cards. If you're going to use an outdated entry system, at least make sure it works. My key cards kept deactivating themseleves and not working after one or two uses. Then everytime I'd go to the front desk for help, I would never receive any apologies or reassurances that someone would try and resolve the issue. Nope, they just kept giving me new cards or resetting the old ones, just for then to work only once again. I changed my room cards at least 7 times and each time I would get an eye-roll from the desk clerk like I was doing it on purpose and enjoyed coming to the front desk for new cards at 3 in the morning while I'm on vacation. Everytime I asked for a manager, none was around. Absolute crap service from a crap motel.

Great location to play tourist

- unexpected things: balcony with view, spacious enough for sitting outside if you wanna sip coffee. Bath tub had jets! Didnโ€™t use, cuz the tub wasnโ€™t too smooth, felt prickly just standing (but maybe itโ€™s hard water build up). - continental breakfast is bagels, waffles, cereal, toast, juice, yogurt. No hot eggs or sausage if thatโ€™s what youโ€™re wondering, but it gets you going for the day. - Staff are really friendly and nice here. - did wind up in a room next to an ice machine, but fortunately no one got ice late at night! - noise level is okay, youโ€™ll probably hear your neighbors or their tv, but itโ€™s more like a whisper. - it really is quite super!

Well I had a ROACH come for a visit and I took a picture of it... I left it there because its a shame that people pay good money to lay their heads. This is not what im looking for when traveling. I hope that they take care of this before they get shut down... I will neve book this hotel again.

I stayed here for the weekend in Room 209. I wanted to stay at an affordable hotel while I was attending a convention in town. I wasnโ€™t going to be spending a lot of time so I figured I would go with an affordable room. I was fully aware that it is a dated room and was ok with that. HOWEVER, I was not prepared to stay in a room that smelled very potently of urine. The bathroom was terrible, but it was not just the bathroom it was the main living space as well. The smell was so terrible I can not express this more. It felt so dirty I didnโ€™t want to even take a shower there. I was so disappointed. The staff is very kind though. Both the manager and the girl who helped me during checkout were both really kind and had great attitude and service. Overall, spend the extra few dollars per night and stay somewhere else. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Thank goodness I brought my own bedding/pillows, and slippers to walk around in.
