Cottage in Lorette with garden and children's play area

Located in the owners' house with a completely separate entrance, the Les Cerisiers gîte offers a comfortable and functional setting for a stay with family or friends in the Loire Valley. Situated on the upper floor, this 75 m² gîte features a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals after a day of exploring. The two bedrooms can accommodate up to four people: one bedroom has a 140 cm double bed, and the other offers two 90 cm single beds, as well as a pleasant sitting area. A modern shower room and a toilet complete the accommodation. The gîte benefits from Wi-Fi internet access, a television, a washing machine, a freezer, and central heating for year-round comfort. Outside, a private garden area, a barbecue, and a shared 500 m² enclosed garden allow you to fully enjoy sunny days, while on-site parking makes your arrival convenient. Nestled between the verdant hills of the Pilat Regional Natural Park and the unspoiled Dorlay valleys, Les Cerisiers is an ideal starting point for exploring the treasures of the Loire Valley. From the gîte, numerous trails invite you to stroll through forests, offering panoramic views and scenic mid-mountain landscapes accessible to all. Less than a kilometer away, the natural swimming lake of Lorette offers a unique experience: swimming in fresh water naturally filtered by aquatic plants, in a soothing environment perfect for disconnecting. Cycling enthusiasts can explore the roads of the Pilat region, while heritage lovers can discover the Maison des Forgerons (Blacksmiths' House) or the remarkable village of Sainte-Croix-en-Jarez. Between local cuisine, outdoor activities, and cultural excursions, this holiday home in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region offers a true escape.
