The studio features a combined living, sleeping, and cooking area with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, and a dining table for two people. The kitchenette is functionally equipped with a refrigerator, an electric stove with two hotplates, a kettle, filter coffee machine, as well as dishes and cooking utensils. The modern bathroom offers a shower, washbasin, and toilet.



In the outdoor area, a furnished terrace is available for communal use, which is ideal for outdoor meals or relaxed hours in the shade. The house's garden offers additional amenities such as sun loungers, parasols, a children's sandpit, and a barbecue option with an outdoor grill.
