But has no amenities to offer, we knew that the pool was under renovation, but had no idea that you would have to go to other sites for everything from coffee, food or bar services. And it is nice that they provide chairs and an umbrella for the beach, but are far too heavy for most guests to haul that far. I would not stay here again. "

"We stayed in the guest suite for 2 weeks, It was nice.Close walking distance to the local museum, library, Mackle Community Park with a nifty walking atea around the lake. We took the available bikes to the beach and made the limited fridge and cooking areas work for us. Jeanette and Bill were responsive when we had questions or concerns. Marco Island is BEAUTIFUL! "

"Ed and Anna are wonderful hosts. The house was so comfortable and well appointed. It was spotless. The pool was great and we so enjoyed the view across the canal. We watched osprey flying to and from their nests. The sunsets were beautiful. They have thought of everything that you might need on a vacation. There were pool toys for kiddos. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart. We enjoyed it so much, we have booked it already for next year. It was so nice to have a garage to use. "
