THE SPACE
Formal Living and Dining Room
A cozy place to gather with family and friends. Enjoy the gas fireplace or watch a show on the TV tucked inside the armoire.
Library
Play games, curl up with a good book, or get a little work done in this warm, wood paneled room.
Living Room
This bright space opens into the kitchen, making it perfect for spending time together. A TV with streaming access is available in the cabinet. The wood burning fireplace is not accessible.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Backyard
Relax by the pool, fire up the BBQ, or wander the property at your own pace. Evenings around the propane firepit are a favorite, especially when the sunset spreads across the hills.
ANIMALS
The Barn
We have a sweet mix of animals on the property, and you are welcome to visit them after signing our simple liability waiver. Please enjoy them from outside the enclosures and avoid entering any fenced or gated areas.

Primary Suite (Main Level)
King bed, TV, large en suite bathroom with shower and soaking tub, and plenty of closet space.
Bedroom Two (Upstairs)
Queen bed, TV, closet, and a shared bathroom with a single sink, toilet, and clawfoot shower.
Bedroom Three (Upstairs)
Full bed, TV, private en suite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the property.
Bedroom Four (Upstairs)
Two full beds, closet, and access to the shared bathroom with a single sink, toilet, and clawfoot shower.
Additional Sleeping
The sofa in the formal living room converts into a queen sleeper, with linens in the armoire.
THINGS TO CONSIDER
Permanent Residence
Our family lives in another home on the property, so you might see us in passing. We’re always happy to say hello, but we also completely respect your privacy and will give you space if that’s what you prefer.
Cottage
There is a small cottage nearby used by family, friends, and occasional short term renters.
RV
Our full time helper lives onsite in an RV.
Maintenance
A property of this size needs ongoing care. You may see someone tending to landscaping or helping outdoors. The pool is cleaned every Wednesday morning.
Country Living
Wildlife such as deer and small critters are common here and part of the charm of country life.
Surveillance
For safety and property monitoring, we have exterior cameras at the front gate, along the walkway to the rental, and at the barn.
Additional Guests
For safety and liability reasons, unregistered guests are not permitted.
