"The first impression I had was of very helpful staff but the office area was a mess (the door must usually be closed into the office?) It was full of boxes overflowing from the office desk. Upon check in there was a very friendly dog who also greeted me in a calm fashion but, this is not something I am used to.
The staff was very helpful at check in, at the bar area, and through breakfast the next day. The person who drove the shuttle was very nice too.
The room/hotel itself needs a good cleaning. To my bare feet the carpet felt like it needed shampooed. There was a big mold spot in the bathroom ceiling where something had leaked from above and wasn't repaired completely. The sheets were pilled.
The location to the airport was great and the staff will be what I remember but...I hope the maintenance and upkeep is a focus to keep this hotel running well."
