"Nice location with close proximity to Borough Market and Thames. We appreciated being able to do laundry in our room. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"The staff were incredibly helpful. We had difficulty turning on the towel warmers and heaters and they sent someone up immediately to help! The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable but very few ever are."

"Nothing to complain abou5"

"Very good location for tube and getting around London. Checking in process was excellent and would stay again."

"Habitación familiar muy completa y perfecta para una familia de 4. Todo lo necesario para poder desayunar/ cenar alli. Complementos de aseo y menaje. Ubicación excelente para visitar el centro de Londres (Metro, Bus, caminando) . Varios supermercados alrededor."

"Fabulous location. Walk to Tower of London, SpitalFields; loved the room - very clean staff were very friendly checking in. I didn't get her name, but there was a Hungarian woman who checked us in who was very helpful with all the hotel details and other items. Shout out to Samina and Saikot behind the wine/coffee bar that is open 24/7 in the lobby - very nice and accomodating. I highly recommend the hotel and will stay there during my next trip to London."
