"The hotel was very clean and updated. The only problem we encountered was with the air conditioning as it didn’t seem to work the second night. Also there was a lot of noise coming from the room next to us because they were doing maintenance while my sister and I were trying to rest after coming in from a long flight. However, when I alerted the front desk staff of this, they immediately ceased working and the noise stopped. It was a weekday afternoon so I understood that they would be working during that time but I appreciated the front desk staff asking them to stop so we could rest peacefully. Everything else was good and we would stay here again in the future when returning to London. The location is also convenient and close to the train station."

"Great affordable place to stay in the middle of the city. everything you want to see is only 30 minutes away via Waterloo station which can get you anywhere in the city. rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable,Big Ben/Westminster is a quick walk away. Not the most scenic location like I said everything is a quick tube ride away. Great night life around the hotel too."

"It is in a good location and seems tobe popular with large groups of American Tourists. It has decent facilities and a bar and restaurant Chino Latino that is a cut above the average hotel Coffee Shop. Menu is a ‘poor mans Nobu’. Should have at least one more bar. And the rooms are ok but looking rather tired."

"Room was clean and quiet. Nice view. Bottle of water in fridge was empty though but that's ok. I was upgraded to their studio which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, very good experience"
