"The entire experience from check-in to check-out was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and provided exceptional service every step along the way. They were all professional but with a wonderful level of comfort that we felt right at home. We can’t wait to go back!"
"Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience."
"We love the Don Cesar. Have been staying here for years and is always a stellar property to visit. All staff are efficient and friendly. Every area of hotel is a treat. Love the new fitness center and both of the outdoor pools."
