The room was great and also the view. Very close to the beach and it was not crowded on the beach. It was a great and time, I have already referred the place to a friend and we plan to be back again.

The condo has a fantastic view of the beach with the large windows in the living room. Furniture is all in great condition and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the good communication. Thanks!

Best Location!! Wiindow/wall looks lright down to beach. Wish had full front balcony.

Great Beach

Great location. Awesome beach. Easy check-in/out. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the side lanai that gave us some privacy and shade in the mornings and evenings. The only negatives of note were the thin, lumpy pillows and a noisy AC unit below the lanai. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

WE'RE SARASOTA "EX PATS" WHO ARE VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE ARE AND ITS ACCOMMODATIONS. WE WANTED A KID-FREE BEACH WEEKEND AND THIS WAS THE PERFECT SPOT! BEAUTIFUL LOCATION - CLEAN AND GENEROUS AMENITIES W/ LOTS AND LOTS OF WIDE OPEN BEACH TO "SOCIALLY DISTANCE" AND ENJOY. WILL DEFINITELY COME AGAIN!
