Beachcomber unit 404

Beach front units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance, however you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance.

This beautiful 2 Bedroom/2 Bath 4th floor unit is decorated in soothing coastal colors and directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.

Outstanding, full beach- and gulf-front views from all the main rooms as well as from the private 34 foot balcony.


Fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and silestone countertops.

Free wireless internet, local phone service and cable. Flat-screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms, along with a DVD player to watch movies and DVR to record TV shows.

Master bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink with silestone countertops. Guest bath has a tub/shower combination and single sink with silestone countertop.

Gulf-side heated pool with lounge chairs and umbrella tables.

Enjoy relaxing on the private white sand beach and catch a breath-taking sunset.

Air-conditioned gathering room and outdoor, covered sitting area with tables, along with a small grill, beach lounge chairs, and beach toys are available for use.

Publix supermarket and CVS pharmacy are across the street from The Beachcomber. Quick drive down the road to the Chart House restaurant, Mote Aquarium, and all the quaint stores and restaurants on St. Armand's Circle.

Excellent location

Husband and I spent a week here. I chose this property mainly because of the short distance from the building to the gulf. Everything was as described. Clean and well decorated with almost everything you could need. Very close to Publix and CVS for all of your grocery needs.

Tranquil Longboat Key

Just imagine having your tea on the extra large balcony watching and hearing the beautiful turquoise water right in front of you, and then you spot a dolphin. Pure bliss. The condo is decorated in a very coastal breezy manor. We met several lovely couples that come every year to their favorite units and I can see why they continue to come back. Very nice pool as well. You also have the convenience of taking the chairs out to the beach and mini toys like boogie boards etc. It was a perfect stay for us. Thank you.

Great Longboat Key Condo

Wonderful property on Longboat Key with beautiful beach. All staff at the property were extremely friendly and very helpful! Fantastic choice in the Sarasota area.

Wonderful location, friendly staff.

Overall, a nice vacation. The property had a few minor maintenance issues (burned out light bulbs), but these were resolved quickly. One hiccup occurred that could have been disastrous: The card keys to our room were auto-disabled on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 and we were locked out of our unit (and the building) when we left for dinner that evening (we were not scheduled to check out until the following Monday). When we realized what happened, the front office staff had already gone home for the weekend. Luckily, we caught the mistake right away and called an emergency number and were able to secure a functioning card key. If we had waited until after dinner, it might have taken hours (or overnight) before we could get back into our room. One other thing: Except for salt, pepper and sugar, there were no basic supplies that are usually kept on hand or left by previous guests, such as mustard, ketchup, mayo, cooking oil, zip-top bags, plastic storage containers, etc. So, we had to purchase these items at Publix. Hopefully, the items we purchased will be convenient to subsequent guests. But we enjoyed our stay and will most likely return.

Great vactiin

Great location and very nice property. There was unexpected beach construction when we got there. Management was accommodating. If you are looking for a place right on the beach it’s a great pool this is it.

Excellent location

This condo is just like the pictures show. The views from the living room and master bedroom are amazing! The condo is comfortable and well stocked if you want to cook your meals there and the Publix is right across the street. The entire area is mostly residential, so very relaxing. The beach area is great and the condo complex has lounge chairs for you to use. Would definitely stay here again!
