"The room was very hot. I got the feeling that they cap the AC at a desired number, so even though I kept turning it lower it never got cool enough to sleep comfortably through the night. The hallway on the third floor smelled moldy. The shuttle service to the airport was for a free altough at reservation time this was not specified. The beds are ok and only one pillow was on it. The staff was great!"

"Great, clean, cozy rooms! The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and well staffed. The attached restaurant had great, authentic Italian food and felt like I was not in a hotel. :)"
