"We had a wonderful time at Bahama Island house. The house is so well appointed that there is nothing extra that you will need. The views are stunning. The pool is the perfect size and there is ample outdoor space to enjoy. The house is perfectly located so you can visit beautiful beaches on little Exuma but also get to Georgetown easily. The house manager and the owner were in contact and extremely helpful both prior to the stay and during. We had one small issue when the winds came up that the generator did not automatically turn on. We contacted Jack at around 4:30 in the morning and by five he had responded and let us know how to reset it. Even though the reset worked on the first try, he still had someone come out to check it to make sure it would be working properly. It's that type of attention to detail that you will see throughout this home during your stay. I came with my husband and my 77 year-old parents and we all agreed that this house over delivered. We would stay here again in a minute and can't wait for our next visit."

Fina's property has everything you need and more to create a memorable and fun filled get away. It is truly heaven on earth!! We encountered Hurricaine Melissa and got stranded in Exuma but not too worry because Fina was ever so accommodating as usual and we had no worries!! "Beachwood Villa was very well equipped, and the beds were absolutely wonderful. It was very clean love the layout of the house. The pool was to die for! Excellent communications for any of our concerns and questions. Last but not least, the view was incredible definitely a 10 !! "

"No washer dryer unfortunately. Comfortable beds. Bring your own shampoo etc. Wish coffee was there. Beautiful pool and view. Kayaks great. Pool floats need replacing. Get an suv. Roads very rough! Loved watching sunsets and viewing stars after dinner. Would recommend! "
