DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOST/LOCATION. I booked this location in advance, I paid for it and was sent a confirmation code. The host never sent me the check in information. When my party of 3 arrived at the location, I had to call the host and ask how to access the apartment. The host said the apartment wasn’t available and that the platform he advertised in, should have taken it down. He told me he was going to check on it and call me back. Immediately after we hung up, he texted me saying it wasn’t available and that I needed to find another place to stay. The grocery shop owner next to this location said this host has done this before. We were 3 American women in London without a place to stay. My daughter got on the phone with VRBO, and my 72 year old mom tried finding a new place to stay. VRBO will reimburse you up to the amount you were booked for, which posed a huge problem because everything was booked and our stay would be last minute. We found a hotel nearby that cost 3 times the amount of the apartment I had booked on VRBO. Now I have to hope to get a refund!
