This spacious 1 bedroom apartment is nestled on a quiet road between Columbia Road Flower Market and Broadway Market, near the heart of Shoreditch and within walking distance of many of East London’s best cafes, restaurants and bars.
Located on the first floor, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people, perfect for solo travellers or couples. The smoke-free property features a living room, bedroom, bathroom, a kitchen, and large double length balcony.
The living room is equipped with a sofa and a dining table that can seat 4 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances. The bedroom comes complete with a king size bed. The apartment also features a bathroom equipped with a bathtub with an overhead shower.
**DISCLAIMER** The property is listed on the market for sale and between 28th July 2025 and 30th September 2025 it is expected that access to the property will be required 2 or 3 times during the next couple of months as part of the sale process. Should this fall during your booking will give you notice as far as advance to arrange a visit if required. Your cooperation would be appreciated if required.

In the surrounding area, you’ll find numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, and local supermarkets, making it easy to enjoy coffee, lunch, and dinner out within the vibrant area. On Sundays enjoy London’s oldest flower market at Columbia Road, and on Saturdays Broadway Market will be alive with food, local produce and fashion. With our experience in this part of London, we recommend visiting restaurants Brawn, El Ganso and Little Georgia in the nearby area, or if you want to experience a British tradition, try out one of our London pubs, such as The Virgin Queen (2 minute walk).
The property is also just a 2 minute walk from bus routes 55, 26 and 48, providing easy access to Shoreditch, Liverpool Street/City, Old Street, London Bridge, St Pauls and Oxford Circus. Also within walking distance are Hoxton overground station (10 minutes) and the central line (15 minutes).

* Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property
* Organising parties is strictly prohibited in the property
* Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours
* City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items
* Rubbish disposal must be done by following the instructions provided for the property
* No pets are allowed (except Service Dogs)
The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 5 P.M to 7 P.M.

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 5pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
