"The room we were in had problems with the lock not locking correctly. The staff were always quick to try to help, but it wasn't ideal that we were never 100% certain our valuables were safe. (I hope this was just an isolated issue that affected only our room and that it has since been repaired.) The hotel itself was nice, and the staff were friendly. The location is fairly central, with the train station just a short walk away."

"Very convenient location to the train station, Oslo Opera House etc. lots of restaurants nearby as well. Easy walk to the Royal Palace. Breakfast is included and options were plentiful and the price was great! Downside was the heatwave happening and like a lot of older hotels in Norway- no air conditioning which made it hard to sleep. But, staff was excellent and provided us a fan which did help through the night. Would recommend"
