"Stayed in a queen suite. Nice decent room. Small issues with the walls and the blind, cables exposed and a large stain on the blind itself. But generally clean room.
The hotel lobby is always very busy, and the entire hotel has a feeling of corporateness. The staff are friendly and help when needed but are held back by the fact everything is so expensive. We wanted too extend our stay by 12 hours to get an early flight only too be told that I would have to re-book the room at the market price. It is a shame that the staff cant do more than that. We also asked for someone to come and fix our tv as it disconnected from the hotels network. But no one came up as far as we were aware. As it was the last night this wasnt a big issue but regardless it would have been nice to have been fixed (it resolved itself the next morning).
Overall a good location if you want a nice place to stay and are not too put of by the tiny details and hundreds of somewhat rude business men and women."
