In the garage located just opposite the house, you will find a practical utility room with a large refrigerator, as well as an extra toilet equipped with a washing machine and dryer.



On warm summer days, you can relax and enjoy barbecues on one of the three wooden terraces surrounding the house, all furnished with garden furniture. On cooler days, the conservatory provides a cozy alternative space to unwind.



The garden is large, private, and fully enclosed. It features a dedicated children’s area with swings and a playhouse, as well as a fire pit on the lawn. There is plenty of space for outdoor games, and the grass is maintained by a robot mower.



Approximately 300 meters from the house, you will find a playground and a local café offering breakfast, ice cream, pizza, and more. A scenic 4 km walk or bike ride along Frederik VII Canal leads to the harbor in Løgstør with restaurants and shops. Landal Rønbjerg is 6 km away, while golf courses in Himmerland and Løgstør Golfklub are nearby.
