"The parking lot was newly surfaced. The air conditioner was easy to operate. The floor of our room was not swept. The sheets in one of the beds had little stains on them which indicated bed bugs. There were large plastic tubes mounted on the outside wall between every two room entrances with a hole cut into the top that were filthy for cigarette butts."

"The pool was a big disappointment. I can't fathom why a well-established hotel chain like Holiday Inn wouldn't invest in a full-sized pool in this town that is surrounded by so many points of interest. The pool was uninviting and would be uncomfortably crowded if more than 3-4 people occupied it! We brought our swim suits but none us wanted to swim in that pool."

"Skipped the breakfast because it was mostly just breads and pastries, but other than that it was a clean, pleasant experience"

"Room was clean and comfortable but a bit Spartan. Shower, AC, refrigerator, microwave worked fine. Lighting was depressingly dim and inadequate. Wi-Fi was worse than inadequate, painfully slow and kept cutting out. I stayed 3 nights but the fourth night I had a zoom meeting so I bailed and moved to a different motel down the road."

"The staff was great! We enjoyed the spacious room, as well as the hot tub and pool. Easy access to a variety of activities made this a perfect spot as well."

"We are return customers to this hotel and there is a reason for that. Greg and Tena provide a pleasant place to vacation. The price is reasonable, the pools/spa are very nice. The staff is amazing and very helpful. I have been coming to the Wisconsin Dells since 1975 and i still enjoy the old school feel of the mom and pop resort. Thank yoh again for a wonderful stay!"

"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! The room was updated and clean, comfy bed. The pool was clean and water warm. There is also a sauna, gym, yoga, and relaxation room onsite. We will be staying here again on our next trip in the Dells & I highly recommend it."
