"The best thing about Smith Rock Chalets is the view. To begin, the road in is over a mile (2.2km) of rough gravel. The shower has slightly warm water, at best. The wood kitchen chairs are uncomfortable, and the couch (hide-a-bed) in the loft (TV room) is equally uncomfortable. The bed was fairly soft but not too bad to sleep on. The weather wasn’t great while I was there so we didn’t use the pool or hot tub so can’t comment. I could not recommend the place."

"Great experience! We will be back!"

"The rooms were very clean, the host was great, Cindy gave us some great suggestions for local beaches"

"The suite was spotless with a number of thoughtful touches. The owners were pleasant and attentive to every detail. We would recommend this cozy pleasant suite in a heartbeat!"

"Was tidy and accurately described. Good layout for a stay and the beds were comfortable"
