"VRBO review This has been the worst short-term rental experience I’ve ever had. My family and I arrived to this property to find it extremely cold. Not only is the thermostat controlled remotely by the host, it is locked in a box and taped over so the guest can’t even see the temperature. We texted the host about the cold and got no response for more than 5 hours. There were also no additional blankets or any other means to get warm.
