"It was nice and breakfast was really well made"

"The front desk staff was rude, and our shower in the room only hot steeming hot water. Also, there was a leak in the bathroom faucet front that was deteriorating the cabinet."

"The room was clean. I stayed there for 8 days. Housekeeping only brought in towels, bathroom sink and toilet were never wiped out. The elevator floor and walls were filthy. Air-condition thermostat needed new batteries and it was never changed, my son had to ask for the batteries and put them in himself. Breakfast was not available long enough, we slept in and breakfast was not available by the time we could come down from the room. Parking was good."

"The Rose Cottage was so spacious and quiet and Robin was very friendly and accommodating with requests. She helped with dinner recommendations and shops around town. I would love to come back here again!"

"It was a nice place however i had an allergic reaction to the blankets so we could not stay in the hotel. We were told at the front desk they would push a refund through if we got expedia to do so but expedia had no options we could find to refund or call them on the matter. So 400USD wasted. May not use expedia ever again due to this."
